Emphasis should not be on training or teaching but on learning, keeping the learner firmly at the heart of the equation.
James has helped develop insurance and risk management curricula and learning material for various insurance companies internationally, for the Malta International Training Centre, for the Gulf Insurance Institute and for the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance. He is currently a visited lecturer at the University of Malta.
